The Arabic Graffiti workshop was part of the White Wall graffiti and street art event that was held at Beirut Art Center and all over the walls of Beirut. French graffiti artist Zepha-Vincent Abadie Hafez and I gave the workshop together to 15 young Lebanese designers and artists.

The workshop took place at BAC and Jisr Al Wati Bridge facing the “Sunday Flee Market”.

The workshop was divided is several phases:
1. Sketching and drawing on paper, 2. Finalizing artwork on A3 paper, 3. Preparing the wall with background neutral colour, 4. Transferring the drawing from A3 size to 3 meters wall drawing and defining the outlines of the graffiti, 5, Filling the inside of the drawing with selected colors, 6. Creating the 3D or shadow layer, 7. Redefining the outlines with black to make the artwork come to life and 8. Adding final highlight effects or design elements to the art piece.
